8Dweb DNS Changes and Interworx infrastructure turn-down

8Dweb will continue our turn-down of our current Interworx infrastructure. On February 15th, DNS10.8dweb, DNS20.8dweb.com and DNS30.8dweb.com will be fully transitioned to our AWS Route53 Global DNS infrastructure.

IF your domain uses dnsxx.8dweb.com as the listed name servers you **must** open a ticket at our customer portal: https://portal.8dweb.com for assistance.

Please also make arrangements with our support and billing to have your Interworx server transitioned to our Plesk infrastructure.

This Issue will remain open until July 15, 2019.

At this time there are still several customer Interworx servers that require conversion. This Issue will remain open until all Interworx servers are turned down. REMINDER: 8Dweb will no longer provide managed services for Interworx hosting servers.
