   DataCenters has successfully identified the source of this attack and implemented mitigations as of 6:15 PM. All services should be restored to normal operation. If you are still experiencing any network degradation, please let us know.

   The root cause of this incident is thought to be related to an ongoing DDoS attack. We are attempting to pinpoint the source/destination and mitigate this attack to restore services, and will provide additional updates as they become available.

   We are aware of an issue affecting network services to a number of clients originating out of our IAD3 data center. Our networking team is actively troubleshooting this issue, and additional information will be provided as we work to resolve this as quickly as possible.
