Enhance Issue WEB05/WEB06

Restoration of Sites on WEB06 has begun. There may be some SSL Certificate issues for a short while after your site is restored. This will self-correct as the server requests new and updated SSL certifications (SSL certificates is what makes https work properly). The restoration takes place with a series of sites per round, so restoration of any particular site has no guaranteed time-frame.

We have ascertained the issue and replaced the faulty (new out of box 2 weeks ago) drive. We have also built in further redundancy on WEB06. The server is repaired and in the rack. We will commence restoration of sites after some testing and adding it to our Enhance hosting estate.

Restoration of SOME sites form WEB06 to WEB05 is underway. However, due to the fact that 8Dweb does not handle name servers for all site, those sites that do not utilize dns100.8dcloud.com dns200.8dcloud.com dns300.8dcloud.com will need to await repair of WEB06.

Web05 has self-recovered from an as yet unexplained fault. Web06, however, is currently OFFLINE. Our team will work to restore the server and websites to full functionality. There is NO current ETA.

We have experienced an ODD Appcd Daemon lockup on two of our Enhance Webservers, in different data centers at the same time. Our team is investigating the issue
