   Additional monitoring is in place to attempt to catch race condition on server

   MySQL race condition causing kernel panic seems culprit. We will work on the "why" of the issue moving forward. The Sunday event (previously unreported due to Plesk25 issues) seems to be a similar issue.

   Increased monitoring is in place on both servers to help find and mitigate issues.

   Ok, issue is **not** similar to Sunday problem with Plesk25. Server is finally reset and our team will be digging through logs.

   The Server is currently in kernel panic mode. Our team is onsite looking into the issue. It seems similar to Plesk25 issue in IAD3 on Sunday. Updates may be sporadic at this time due to communication issues from inside IAD4
